It’s my first time visiting or having a facial, what should I book?
How exciting, welcome. We’d recommend booking in for The introduction, this gives us time to speak you through our treatments in person whilst assessing the skin pre-facial.
Do you provide facials for men?
Yes! Book in with our Founder, Jaya for any of our facials.
Are Sifali products / facials vegan?
Yes, we are 100% vegan and cruelty free in our Sifali products and facial treatments.

Please avoid vitamin A, Retinols and any form of exfoliation between four to five days before treatment.
External treatments advice
Resurfacing/chemical peel - book your treatment in no less than 4 weeks after.
Botox - book your treatment in no less than two weeks after.
Cosmetic facial fillers - book your treatment in no less than four weeks after.
Facial surgery - book your treatment in no less than six months later.
We also advise speaking to your practitioner of external treatments prior to booking any facials with the recommended wait time.

The following 24 Hours, post facial care:
Stay hydrated with drinking water for the next 24 hours, opt for herbal teas over caffeine.
Keep your SPF application up to protect the skin from UV damage.
Stay out of direct sunlight as this can trigger skin sensitivity or hyperpigmentation.
What to avoid
Avoid wearing makeup for 24 hours.
Avoid saunas, sun beds or steam rooms for 24 hours.
Avoid Vitamin A, Retinol, and any form of exfoliation between four to five days.

We are a small, independent business and late cancellations / rescheduling largely impacts us - please only book a time that you know you can make. We require a £20 non-refundable deposit for our main studio bookings, which is redeemed against the payment on the day.
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before initial appointment time and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

I’m pregnant, can I book a facial?
You will be able to visit for only The Lift or The Imza facial after your first trimester.
Are your skincare products suitable for pregnancy?
All of of our skincare products are pregnancy safe, this includes: Solar face oil, Nem watermelon serum, Gül rose water mist.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are under medical supervision, we would advise against using Gua Sha and Mavi Glow Latte powder. Please consult with your doctor before taking or using this product.

Where is my order?
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, all deliveries are handled by third party couriers. Therefore, all times given are estimated delivery times.
All parcels can be tracked using the tracking number and link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any amendments to your order after your order has been made. Please double check the items when completing your order. If you no longer want your products after you have ordered them, please return them to us unopened following our returns guidelines below.
Entered the wrong address/changing delivery address?
We cannot make any amendments to your address after your order has been complete, please take extra care when entering your address. Your item will be delivered to the address you enter, and you will be responsible for retrieving the order. If your order is returned to us because the address is incorrect, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Any unopened product can be returned and fully refunded or exchanged within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Opened or used products that you are not completely satisfied with can be returned for an exchange within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
How to return an order:
Email us at hello@sifali.co.uk with the order number in the subject and the item and reason for return.
Once you've received confirmation from us, send back to the address given with a copy of order confirmation (including order number). Please note: Return postage to be covered by customer, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued to the card used for the purchase minus the original postage charge. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not sent trackable.
How long does it take for returns to process?
Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to show in your account.

We are sorry that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@sifali.co.uk with photos and be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
We will require you to return the item to us. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to a customer damaged within a period of 24 days after purchase. Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
