An Evening at Sifali: A Celebration of Our New Chapter

On Friday 23 October, we opened our doors to friends, family and collaborators to celebrate a new chapter of Sifali.
After months of planning since January, building and bringing our vision to life, it was a special moment to see the space filled with the people who have been part of our journey.
There was something incredibly full circle about the evening. From childhood friends who have known our founder, Jaya, long before Sifali existed, to the people and partners who have supported the brand along the way, the room brought together so many different chapters of our story.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed a drinks menu inspired by some of our favourite flavours: Rose Blush, a spiced apple tea inspired by Turkish elma çayı, and a Sour Cherry Fizz.
Between conversations, drinks and plenty of moments in the photo booth, the evening became less about the opening of a new space and more about the people who give it meaning.
The photographs captured some of our favourite memories of the night: familiar faces, new friendships and the joy of being together.
In Turkish, we have a saying: Misafir berekettir - a guest brings abundance.
That evening was a beautiful reminder of what those words mean to us.
